Stuber expressed Netflix's enthusiasm for extending the Holmes intellectual property (IP) and emphasized the elasticity of the franchise.
He mentioned ongoing efforts to craft a screenplay, stating, We're working once again on a screenplay to try to get that. But yes, aspiration. I'd like to do another one.
Based on Nancy Springer's "The Enola Holmes Mysteries" series, consisting of seven books published between 2007 and 2021, the first two films drew inspiration from the initial installments. With the abundance of source material, the potential for future adaptations appears promising, and Brown herself expressed eagerness for more challenges in the role of Enola.
