In a recent interview with Glamour magazine, Millie Bobby Brown, celebrated as Woman of the Year, expressed gratitude for her time on the hit Netflix series "Stranger Things." However, instead of mourning its ending, she likened the experience to graduating from high school.

When you’re ready, you’re like, ‘All right, let’s do this. Let’s tackle this last senior year. Let’s get out of here,’ shared Brown, renowned for her role as Eleven on the show. ‘Stranger Things’ takes up a lot of time to film, and it’s preventing me from creating stories that I’m passionate about. So I’m ready to say, ‘Thank you, and goodbye.’

The 19-year-old actress acknowledged that the show provided her with “the tools and the resources to be a better actor.” Still, she's eager to explore new horizons. Apart from her acting career, Brown is involved in various ventures, including her production company responsible for the successful “Enola Holmes” franchise, a recently published novel, and her beauty line, Florence by Mills.

But that’s not all – Brown is also engaged to be married to Jake Bongiovi, 21, the son of legendary musician Jon Bon Jovi. Addressing concerns about their age, she noted, “Yes, we know many people think we are too young to wed, but we both have parents who married young and are still happily wed.”

We were modeled wonderful, loving relationships, she explained. So it’s something that we both had that mutual drive for.

Millie Bobby Brown is not just bidding farewell to "Stranger Things," but embracing a multitude of exciting opportunities, demonstrating her versatility both in and outside of the entertainment world.
